The team undertook extensive remedial work, including the removal of the internal skin of brickwork and the entire concrete base. They installed specialist tanking systems to ensure proper waterproofing.
Additionally, Jodrell Construction replaced the full roof and roof tiles. The completed project successfully resolved the issues, leaving the client with a dry and functional garage suitable for parking their accessible vehicle and storing equipment.
