Warrington Hydrotherapy Pool

A standalone building was constructed in the garden, measuring 5m x 3m, to house a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool.

The facility was designed with a comprehensive air source heat pump system to maintain optimal Hydrotheray pool water temperature, air temperature and hot water efficiently.

A full hoisting system was installed with seamless integration throughout the space, ensuring safe and easy transfers between the pool, the adapted wet room, and the changing area. To enhance the therapeutic environment, sensory LED ceiling lighting was installed, creating a calming and engaging atmosphere tailored to the user's needs.

Level access decking was constructed to connect the main property to the hydrotherapy building, facilitating smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. The garden was enhanced with artificial grass, providing a low-maintenance, accessible area for relaxation and recreation. Level access paving was installed to ensure ease of movement throughout the garden, and a new tarmac driveway was laid to improve access to the property.

Additionally, a hydrostatic drainage pumping chamber was installed to manage water levels effectively, ensuring the property remains dry and functional year-round.

This purpose-built facility significantly enhances the property, providing a dedicated space for therapy and relaxation with all necessary adaptations for accessibility.
